Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before requesting a riding session.
1. Registration and booking
All details entered in the registration form must be accurate and complete. A booking is not confirmed until Royal Horse Riding reviews and confirms the request. Available dates, batches and seats may change until confirmation.
2. Age and rider information
Riders must meet the minimum age and weight requirements shown on the booking form. A parent or legal guardian must complete or approve registration for a rider under 18 and must provide accurate contact details.
3. Safety and instructor directions
Horse riding involves inherent risks. Riders must follow all instructions from the centre and its instructors, use the safety equipment required by the centre, behave responsibly around horses and disclose any relevant condition or limitation that may affect safe participation. The instructor may pause or refuse a session if they believe it is unsafe.
4. Sessions, plans and schedule
Each plan includes the number of sessions and duration displayed on the website. The online booking request reserves the selected date and batch only; it does not automatically reserve every future session in a multi-session plan. Remaining sessions and any schedule changes must be coordinated with the centre.
5. Fees, discounts and payment
Plan fees and eligible offers are displayed on the website. Early-admission discounts are subject to the stated eligibility and availability. The form does not automatically charge a card or UPI account. Payment is treated as pending until verified and confirmed by the centre. Platinum Self Riding is charged per selected session duration as displayed during booking.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Please contact the centre as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Rescheduling, cancellation, missed-session and refund decisions are subject to the centre's confirmation and any policy communicated to you at the time of booking or payment. Do not assume a refund or reschedule is approved until you receive confirmation.
7. Conduct and animal welfare
Riders must treat horses, staff and other participants respectfully. Do not approach, feed or handle a horse unless an instructor or authorised staff member permits it. The centre may stop a session if safety instructions or animal-welfare rules are not followed.
8. Personal information
Registration details are used to manage the booking, communicate with the rider or guardian and maintain relevant booking records. Please provide contact information that the centre can use to reach you about your request.
9. Acceptance and updates
By ticking the acceptance box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The centre may update these terms when operational or safety requirements change. The version shown on this page applies to your booking request at the time you accept it.
